Information
Because our collars are Calf leather they do not crack and peel the way many collars you have bought will. However Leather is porous and needs to breath and with everyday use the collar may start to dry out and crack (like our faces do!). The side against the dog will be 'fed' by the dogs coat but the side facing the World will need to be given a little extra care. Our secret weapon at Holly&Lil is Chelsea Dubbin Leather food. Clean the collar first then rub this food in - leave overnight and hey presto happy, healthy collar in the morning. No horrid hard to remove residue just nice and well nourished looking leather.
Up to you how often you do it. Once a week would be Fab but once everynow and again when you think of it great too.
