The Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Collar

£15 of the proceeds from the sale of these collars goes straight to Battersea Dogs Home. Battersea Dogs & Cats Home has sheltered and cared for over 3 million dogs and cats since it was founded in 1860 and currently cares for over 12,000 animals a year. The Home receives no government funding so your support really does make a difference.

The average dog spends just 23 days in the Home but some have been so mentally and physically scarred by their previous experiences that they take a lot longer to rehome. That is why the care they receive and their surroundings are so important. Battersea aims to give them the best chance of a brand new start in life. The unique rehabilitation unit gives the difficult and traumatised animals a second chance to find a good home and the hard working veterinary department is dedicated to helping the sick back on the road to recovery.

If you wish to visit a dog or cat, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is open Monday to Friday 1pm to 4pm, weekends and Bank Holidays 10.30am to 4pm. Tess is a lovely girl who loves people and will make a brilliant family pet.  She can live with teenagers who will help with her training and will need at least 2 adults in the household to help her settle in.  She is looking for experienced owners who will give her some stimulation and will help her relax as she can get a little stressed and over excited.  Tess is a beautiful girl who will be an amazing addition to a new household.

Note: Sizes ½ and 1 are lightweight collars (with half buckles), and are specially designed for mini breeds such as Chihuahuas. Small terriers etc. are better suited by our ‘Slim 5/8” full buckle’ design which would be a bespoke option.
