Our England (Cross of St George) collar has a vanilla front with red piping and a central stripe with 2 crosses.  Available as Wides or Slims (3/4", 1" or 1.5") or Miniwides (see below )  The matching lead has a vanilla front; piped and backed with red. A central red stripe runs the length of the lead, with a cross on the handle. 

Due to the complexity of the designs,  the minimum width for a Flag Slim  is 3/4" , with a full buckle.   If this is too bulky for your little dog, the smallest sizes,  (Sizes 1 or 2) come in our Miniwide pattern which measures 1" on the back of the neck  tapering to 5/8" tabs with our lighter weight half buckle.  This pattern may not be suitable for big pullers (such as hugely enthusiastic terriers!)  and please note that in  Miniwides  (only)  the 1" section is sewn with the stripes and the 5/8"  tabs are in a co-ordinating  plain calf leather. Very smart for the smaller dog.
